Some more features to all effects!

Well, another update is out. From now, all plugins are surround compatible and can handle from 1 to 8 audio channels (with a few exceptions, such as MReverb or MStereoProcessor). Also all modulators now have audio envelope and new protection for absolutely amazing audio quality! The update is available via update manager, udpate installer and newest installer for Windows users. Mac OS users have to use the newest installer.
